A Mockumentary About the Most Mysterious Designer in Fashion
Meet Glitch.
Nobody knows where he came from. Nobody knows what he looks like. Nobody knows whether he is a genius, a prank, or just a guy with excellent lighting and no customer service department.
What we do know is this: Glitch is the mysterious “ghost designer” behind one of the strangest fashion pieces ever created.
The No Exit Hoodie.
A hoodie with sleeves sewn shut.
- No hands in.
- No hands out.
- No explanation.
Some people called it absurd. Some called it unwearable. One fictional fashion critic called it “a devastating meditation on modern confinement, personal identity, and the tragic overuse of pockets.”
We call it the beginning of a very fun project.
What Is The Glitch Project?
The Glitch Project is a short-form mockumentary series about a mysterious underground fashion artist known only as Glitch, the Banksy of fashion.
The videos treat Glitch like a serious creative genius, while everything around him becomes increasingly ridiculous.
Fashion critics speak in dramatic nonsense. Models struggle heroically with clothing that refuses to cooperate. Influencers explain why something being impossible to wear makes it more fashionable. And somewhere in the shadows, Glitch keeps creating.
The tone is cinematic, mysterious, stylish, and completely deadpan.
Think underground fashion documentary meets art-world parody meets streetwear launch.
Why We’re Making It
Hollywood Crowd is built around a simple idea: creators should not wait to create the perfect project before sharing it. It leads to many aborted projects and broken dreams.
We believe new projects can be developed in public, shaped by the community, and built through fast creative experimentation. If it works, that’s amazing. If it doesn’t, then so be it (there will always be haters, but that shouldn’t stop your creative instincts). Just go for it!
Glitch is a perfect test of that idea.
It combines:
- Short comedy videos.
- A fictional designer.
- A real apparel drop.
- A growing mythology.
- Audience feedback.
- And a hoodie that may or may not be fighting back.
Instead of simply launching a product line, we are building a story around it. Instead of hiding the creative process, we are inviting the Crowd into it.
The First Piece: The No Exit Hoodie
The first Glitch creation is the No Exit Hoodie, a “concept” hoodie inspired by the idea that true fashion should not merely be worn.
It should resist.
The hoodie is part streetwear, part joke, part art object, and part warning label.
It is designed to feel like an artifact from the Glitch universe: strange, funny, stylish, and just impractical enough to make people ask questions.
And that is exactly the point.
(By the way, we won’t sell the version with sewn sleeves. We’ll sell the “unlocked” version)
Where the Crowd Comes In
This project is still evolving, and we want your help. Hollywood Crowd members are invited to comment, react, suggest ideas, and help shape where the Glitch story goes next.
- Should Glitch remain completely anonymous?
- Should we reveal more about his origin?
- Should the next piece be even stranger?
- Should the mockumentary become a longer mockumentary film?
- Should there be fake fashion scandals, rival designers, secret warehouse shows, or dramatic interviews with people who clearly understand nothing but say it beautifully?
Tell us what you think.
This is not just a project announcement. It is an invitation to help build the world of Glitch.
Join the Experiment
The Glitch Project is about creativity, comedy, fashion, storytelling, and the strange magic that happens when an idea is weird enough to become memorable.
Glitch may not be real.
But the project is.
And with your feedback, it can become even stranger, funnier, sharper, and more interesting.
So watch the clips as we produce them, check out the hoodie, read the concept, and leave a comment below.
- Tell us what works.
- Tell us what doesn’t.
- Tell us what Glitch should do next.
Welcome to The Glitch Project.
Because the best ideas are only one bad decision away from becoming art.
